Building a Culture of Belonging

The Organizational Development, Talent, and Engagement Office works to nurture an environment at Â鶹ֱ²¥ that is welcoming, engaging, and respectful of all students, staff, faculty, and visitors—a college community that is free from discrimination, intolerance, and harassment.
The office builds partnerships college-wide and in the Southern Maryland community to provide programs, advocacy and support, training, and other activities that promote a culture of belonging in a time of growth and change. We aim to strengthen our region’s community by increasing understanding and appreciation of it.
