March 1 is the priority deadline for FAFSA. Every student must submit their FAFSA in order to apply for scholarships.
Important Application Information
Students applying for Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ scholarships must complete the following steps:
- Students must have a valid email address on file with Âé¶¹Ö±²¥, as scholarship notification decisions will be sent via the email address on file with Âé¶¹Ö±²¥. If you need to provide or update your email address, please complete the update Contact Information Form.
- Scholarships may require verification of previous grades.
- If you have never enrolled as a degree seeking student at Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ (current high school or incoming transfer students): You may need to submit an academic transcript from your current institution. You can submit an unofficial transcript to complete the online application process. The transcript can be uploaded directly into the online scholarship application.
- Current or previous Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ students: Upon submission of your FAFSA, your Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ academic record will be automatically uploaded into the online scholarship application. You do not need to provide further proof of Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ academic grades. If you have taken classes at another institution after your most recent semester at Âé¶¹Ö±²¥, you will need to upload an unofficial transcript from your other institution.
- Scholarships may require letters of recommendation or reference letters. Applicants can upload reference letters directly into the scholarship application.
- Scholarship recipients are required to write a thank you letter to the donors associated with the scholarship. Information on what to include in your thank you letter can be found here.
