‘Provocations’ Lecture Series Returns to Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ March 9; Explores Impact of Pandemic on Educators

The Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ (Âé¶¹Ö±²¥) 2023 Faculty Excellence Lecture Series ‘Provocations’ returns March 9 to an in-person format for the first time since the start of pandemic. The lecture, aptly titled ‘Looking back: The Impact of COVID-19 on Teaching Practices, Student Relationships and Mental Health of College Educators,’ will be presented by Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ Communication Adjunct Professors Nikki Phillips and Gina Johnson.

‘Provocations’ features Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ faculty offering presentations that provoke thought and ideas. The series is free and open to the public. The March 9 event will be held at the Prince Frederick Campus from 7-8 p.m. in Building B, Rooms 103/104/105. The campus is located at 115 J W Williams Rd., in Prince Frederick.
