- We facilitate connections to appropriate departments, if needed. .
- Involve key stakeholders or advisors
- What is the potential impact?
- Is it feasible?
- Resource requirements?
- Budget Implications?
- Technology Needs?
- Pitch project to President's Cabinet -- If you would like to request funding from the Innovation Fund (We will provide guidance.)
- Funding is for one year only - runs out at end of Fiscal Year - no carry over
- Progress and Scalability Assessment
- Periodic updates will be requested.
- Final Report -- Analytics and scalability will be assessed
- Outcomes Achieved?
- Amount of funding expended?
- Have you discussed w/department - are they willing to adopt?
- Budget for next 3 years?
