How to Submit Your Hawk Pitch

A strong Hawk Pitch idea reflects thoughtful consideration of the following factors.

Milestone 1: Submit Hawk Pitch

__Idea Champion (s) submits proposal via

__Includes problem, proposed solution and initial impact

Milestone 2: Preliminary Review (College Innovation Alliance – C.I.A.)

__Review for clarity, alignment, and completeness

__C.I.A. determines key stakeholders / impacted departments

Milestone 3: Feasibility & Alignment

__Consult with impacted areas

__Assess:

Operational feasibility
Resources needed
Alignment with 麻豆直播 Strategic Plan

__Provide feedback and moves onto developing presentation for Executive Cabinet

Milestone 4: Pitch Development

__Idea Champion develops presentation using pitch template

__ C.I.A. may provide coaching

Milestone 5: President’s Cabinet Presentation
