Checking Your Student Email is Required
Your student email is the official means of communication between the College and students in credit classes. The College expects that such communications will be read in a timely manner.
Microsoft 365 and Student Email
All Â鶹ֱ²¥ credit students have an email account and access to Microsoft 365.
What is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 provides students with:
- A student email address
- Five free downloads of Microsoft Office Pro Plus for personal computers (Mac or PC) and iPad/Android devices
- 1 TB of cloud storage
- The ability to create, edit, and share Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) using a web browser
How to Access Your Microsoft 365 Account and Student Email
- Visit , OR and click "Microsoft 365/Email".
- Sign in using your Â鶹ֱ²¥ email address and password.
- Your email address is your my.Â鶹ֱ²¥D username followed by @mymail.csmd.edu (Example: absmith@mymail.csmd.edu)
- Your email password is the same as your my.Â鶹ֱ²¥D password.
- You will be prompted for Multi-Factor Authentication.
